VIDEO: Matt Drudge Rips Jimmy Kimmel’s Oscar Monologue, Notices Something Bizarre About ‘Audience Intensity’

Media icon Matt Drudge criticized comedian Jimmy Kimmel’s Oscar monologue Sunday evening.

“Trump jokes last night at Gridiron much funnier than Kimmel’s Oscar monologue. Producers have laugh track and applause track amped up, while camera shots of audience don’t match any intensity. #oscarhasnopenis,” Drudge tweeted.

In a now-deleted tweet, Drudge called out the program’s red carpet coverage.

“The lecturing has already begun. Patronizing! Come on, it’s show business,” Drudge lamented.

The Wrap reports:

Oscars host Jimmy Kimmel went all in on the #MeToo movement in his opening monologue, saying that if Hollywood can stop harassing women, they “will only have to deal with harassment all the time in every other place they go.”

Kimmel also pointed to a massive Oscar statuette on the stage and said he was Hollywood’s perfect man.

“Keeps his hands where you can see them, never says a rude word, and, most importantly, no penis at all. He is literally a statue of limitations,” the host joked.

“Here’s how clueless Hollywood is about women: We made a movie called ‘What Women Want’ and it starred Mel Gibson,” Kimmel added.

Last night, Huffington Post’s Yashar Ali summed up President Trump’s best Gridiron Dinner jokes.

“We were late tonight because Jared could not get through security.”

“I like turnover. I like chaos. It really is good. Who is going to be the next to leave? Steve Miller or Melania?”
