Speaker Paul Ryan is set to pass the second largest spending bill in US history next to Barack Obama’s trillion dollar failed stimulus.
The budget funds all of the Democrat priorities including sanctuary cities and Planned Parenthood.
The bill will also funnel billions of dollars to Obamacare markets.

Paul Ryan is pushing the second largest spending bill in US history but the Omnibus only allows $1.8 billion on the Trump Border Wall and border security.
In January President Trump asked for $25 billion for his border wall project.
Paul Ryan is blocking Trump’s border project while funding EVERY Democrat priority in his RECORD Spending bill.
It is almost as if they don’t want to win the majority again in 2018.

Paul Ryan’s Omnibus will only provide $641 million for border security and ZERO dollars for the Wall!
According to far left PBS:
The wall and border security: The deal provides $1.57 billion for “physical barriers and technology.” But, according to a Democratic source, just $641 million of that could go to barriers, and that would be restricted to see-through fences and levees; the funding could not be used to build a concrete wall. The vast majority — $1.3 billion — of the border security money is for technology, according to the Democratic source.
