Drag Queen Storytime Reader Previously Charged with Sexual Assault of a Child Under the Age of 14

Imagine our shock.

A Houston public library issued an apology after it was discovered one of their drag queen storytime readers was previously charged with child sexual assault.

Albert Alfonso Garza, 32, was last seen dressed in drag reading to young children at the Montrose Library in September of last year, ABC reported.

The library said that a background check of Mr. Garza was never conducted before he was allowed to participate in the sick and twisted ‘drag story time’ program.

Via ABC 13 Eyewitness News:

ABC13 Eyewitness News has learned Garza was charged with child sex assault in 2008. According to records, his victim was a child under the age of 14 years old.

The library said appropriate action is being taken to ensure every participant in every program is verified to ensure similar incidents cannot happen in the future.

Each program is supervised by staff, and all children are accompanied by a parent or guardian, the library said.

The Houston public library released a statement — notice they do not admit Mr. Garza was charged with child sex assault in their statement, they only admit he has a “criminal background.”

We were made aware today that one participant for Drag Queen storytime who read at the September 29, 2018, Drag Queen Storytime has a criminal background that should have prevented him from participating in the program.

We assure you that this participant will not be involved in any future HPL programs.

In our review of our process and of this participant, we discovered that we failed to complete a background check as required by our own guidelines. We deeply regret this oversight and the concern this may cause our customers. We realize this is a serious matter.

Every program sponsored by HPL is supervised by HPL staff, and all children are accompanied by a parent and/or guardian. No participant is ever alone with children, and we have not received any complaints about any inappropriate behavior by participants at storytimes.

We are taking the appropriate action to ensure that the status of every participant in every program throughout our system is verified. We will continue to review our process to ensure that this cannot happen again.

Once again, we apologize for our failure to adhere to our own process in this matter and to the hundreds of parents and caregivers who have enjoyed this program with their children.

The Gateway Pundit has been covering this grotesque trend of drag queens reading to young children.

Back in 2015, a group of men who wear dresses, wigs and make-up [drag queens] decided to sell their lifestyle directly to young children and came up with “Drag Queen Story Hour.”

Drag queens all over the United States are now reading to children at public libraries and bookstores in what is called “Drag Queen Story Hour.”

These grown men are reading stories about “gender fluidity” to children whilst wearing tight skimpy dresses and wigs and aim to be “positive and unabashedly queer role models.”

In October of 2017, a Satanic looking drag queen with horns reading to children at Michelle Obama’s public library in Long Beach, California sparked a backlash from Conservatives.

The shocking photo of a man dressed as a female demon with giant horns on his head reading to little children at a public library was posted to Twitter and Facebook by the Long Beach Library but taken down after a huge outpouring of critical replies, including from GOP Congressional candidate Omar Navarro. It also got the approval of the Church of Satan, reported TGP’s Kristinn Taylor.

Other disturbing photos show grown men dressed in drag, wearing short skimpy dresses dancing with young children.

One photo (below) shows a young girl’s face inches from a grown man’s genitals while he dances in a tight dress — DISGUSTING.

It is no surprise at all that a drag queen storytime reader was previously charged with child sex assault.
