NYPD Arrest Thug Who Brutally Kicked Elderly Woman in the Head on New York City Subway

The New York City Police Department apprehended a violent thug after asking for the public’s help in identifying the man who attacked an elderly woman on a subway car in the Bronx in the early hours of March 10.

Restaurant worker, Marc Gomez, 36, of Yonkers was arrested on Saturday and booked on felony assault charges, reported the New York Post.

Gomez, who sources said has several sealed arrests for marijuana and a gun possession, was awaiting arraignment Saturday night on charges of felony assault, misdemeanor assault, and harassment.

Video of the attack surfaced on Thursday that not only showed the woman being repeatedly kicked in the head and body but also showed that no one came to her aid, instead other riders pulled out their smartphones and filmed the attack, reported TGP’s Kristinn Taylor.

Authorities said the man kicked the 78-year-old woman in the face and body and caused her to bleed.

The perp acknowledged the smartphones recording him by saying, “WorldStar that, my n*gger!” as he exited the train.
