VIDEO – “Nearly 300,000 Ballots In 2022 Would FAIL Signature Verification” – Shelby Busch Discusses Over 1,800 BLANK Ballot Envelopes, Dead Voters, Incorrect Signatures In Maricopa County On Bannon’s War Room

We The People AZ Alliance co-founder Shelby Busch joined Steve Bannon’s War Room on Wednesday to discuss the bombshell findings from the group’s Monday presentation on 2022 Election failures in Maricopa County.

The newly formed Arizona Senate Elections Committee, chaired by State Senator Wendy Rogers, heard this presentation on Monday. Watch the full ‘Election Mechanics’ presentation here.

The Gateway Pundit reported on some of the shocking findings in the investigation, including Election Day tabulators reportedly rejecting nearly 1/4 million vote attempts on election day. As revealed in the presentation, “tabulators failed at 235 times the Election Assistance Commission’s regulated failure rates.”

HUGE: Arizona Senate Presentation Reveals That Hundreds Of Failed Tabulators In Maricopa County Likely Misread A QUARTER MILLION Ballots During 2022 Election – Lake’s Team Says “MORE EVIDENCE TO COME” (VIDEO)

This massive error is over 14x the margin of victory in Kari Lake’s race!

After determining that OVER 420,000 ballot affidavits “failed signature verification” in the 2020 Election, based on their review of roughly 25% of 1.9 million envelopes, Busch and her team extrapolated this data. They concluded that there were “a total of 290,644 failed signatures in the 2022 Election.”

Qualified data analyst Walter C. Daugherity used statistical projections from the 2020 Election findings to determine with 99.999% confidence that over 127,000 signatures were egregiously different than the signature on file, and over 163,000 signatures failed the Arizona Secretary of State’s standards for signature verification in 2022.

Daugherity is a Senior Lecturer Emeritus in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Texas A&M and a consultant for major national and international firms and government departments, including the Texas Department of Agriculture and US Customs.

Busch’s team also discovered blank ballot affidavits, affidavits signed by somebody other than the voter, unverifiable affidavits with just “scribbles,” voters who cast more than one ballot in the same election, dead voters, and voter registrations with incorrect signatures.

“We found 1800 out of 300,000 analyzed that had no signature whatsoever,” said Shelby Busch. “We processed a dead voter ballot envelope. The man died several days before the election, and on the ballot signature component where they’re supposed to sign their name, somebody wrote on there, ‘voter is deceased as of October 1,’ signed his name, and that passed right through without any form of challenge whatsoever.”

Kari Lake’s lawsuit demands “An opportunity to inspect Maricopa County ballots from the 2022 general election, including ballot signature envelopes and the corresponding signatures on file with Maricopa County, prior to trial.” However, Judge Peter Thompson dismissed eight of ten counts before the trial on December 21.

Busch said that Maricopa County and the Judge had an “allergic reaction” to this request “because they know they know that this is proving their failure.”

Thompson dismissed the lawsuit on Christmas Eve, despite the evidence of massive voter disenfranchisement targeting Republicans, obviously false testimony by County Elections officials, and his own refusal to let the evidence be presented.

The Arizona Appeals Court has set February 1 for a conference in Lake’s effort to appeal Thompson’s ruling.

The Gateway Pundit will continue to highlight more findings from this incredible presentation.

Busch joined the War Room on Wednesday to discuss the nearly 300,000 ballots that were pushed through the system with no verification in 2022 and their finding that voting machines rejected ballots a quarter of a million times on Election Day.

Watch below:

Bannon: Of the 1.3 million, how many do you think of those 1.3 million are invalid?

Busch: Well confirmed by the Texas A&M Professor Emeritus, we have determined with a 99.999% probability that nearly 300,000 ballots in 2022 would fail signature verification and should not have been tabulated.

Bannon: Why did it take your group to do this? Why did the people that run the elections not, in the normal course of business following the procedures and process manual, come up and say hey, 300,000 of these are invalid?

Busch: Because the County is an absolute joke. I mean, the way that they process, the way they handle their elections, it’s an absolute joke. Look at the court hearing; at the court hearing, if the word signature verification even came up, they all had an allergic reaction, because they know that it is just riddled with incompetence. There is zero accountability and zero oversight of what really goes on with these ballot envelopes. And again, the math doesn’t add up. They know they can’t process these envelopes, and they’re not even trying. Some of the stuff we have seen would absolutely blow your mind.

Bannon: Can you just give us one or two examples? The audience wants their mind blown this morning. Give us one or two examples that you think are the most egregious.

Busch: We processed a dead voter ballot envelope. The man died several days before the election, and on the ballot signature component where they’re supposed to sign their name, somebody wrote on there, ‘voter is deceased as of October 1,’ signed his name, and that passed right through without any form of challenge whatsoever. Over 1800 blank ballots with no signature at all, which is a secondary statute violation. In the state of Arizona, there’s no curing a blank envelope without a signature. That vote shouldn’t count. We found 1800 out of 300,000 analyzed that had no signature whatsoever. No phone number, no date. We have seen voter registration files with the wrong signatures on them. It’s a disaster.

Bannon: So Shelby, how did Bill Gates in the guise of Maricopa County, go on TV all the time and say it was the most perfect, they had a speed bump maybe about the size envelope, and they took care of it in minutes — after was over? And this was one of the best run, if not the best run election in the history of Arizona. Ma’am, how does that happen? How do you have that disconnect?

Busch: Well, let me tell you how perfect this election was. We also analyze the SLOG files. The SLOG files are the system log files that tell you every read in those tabulators for the 2022 election. They claim that the EAC is the regulating agency that takes care of those tabulators and decides which ones are used and how they’re used. These tabulators are not to exceed an error rate of .002 Or one in 500 ballots. On Election Day, Maricopa County used 446 tabulators. Not one of them met the EAC standard. As a matter of fact, they averaged 235 times the EAC standard, rejecting over a quarter of a million ballots in ballot feed errors. This is not just an imperfect election, as they like to claim; they say oh, there’s no perfect election, but this is in an incredible election. This was an absolute disaster and a disservice to the citizens of Maricopa County.

His reporting on election crimes in Maricopa County led to the resignation of one election official, and he was later banned from the Maricopa County press room for his courage in pursuit of the truth.
