Authorities originally assumed that a 42 year-old St. Louis man died from natural causes until they saw the teeth marks on his neck. One of his two “well kept” pit bulls apparently suffocated their owner who was found dead on Tuesday evening.
His death certificate has been changed to “Strangulation by Canine”.
