Candidates want to be next Reagan, Coulter says it's an Unrealistic Dream

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Former Mass. Governor Mitt Romney both compared themselves to Ronald Reagan today, speaking of the influence he had on the development of their beliefs. As the only two of the top three potential or announced Republican candidates for 2008, their goal is to find commonality with the conservative base with which both men have found themselves somewhat at odds.

But Coulter suggested that conservatives are seeking an ideal candidate that occurs only once every 100 years,

Don’t keep comparing everyone to Ronald Reagan.
