What is the world coming to? 
ABC News reported this yesterday:
The office of North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper will announce that he is dismissing all charges against three Duke Lacrosse players, ABC News has learned from sources close to the case.
Cooper will announce his decision regarding the case at the North Carolina Attorney General’s office in Raleigh, N.C., at 2:30 p.m.
There is no word from the Black Panthers yet, but here is their flyer from last year’s visit to campus:
The Panthers have not released the results from their own investigation but the world waits anxiously for this news:
“We are conducting an independent investigation, and we intend to enter the campus and interview lacrosse players,” Shabazz said Thursday. “We seek to ensure an adequate, strong and vigorous prosecution.”
Malik Z. Shabazz said last year that he will not be be satisfied until the Duke players are prosecuted and found guilty.
Shabazz was last seen in Queens protesting against the police last week.
