Ramsey Clark, a former U.S. attorney general who was one of Saddam Hussein’s defense lawyers, gives a press conference and behind him a poster supporting Egyptian (Muslim) brotherhood member Khayrat el-Shater, known as the group’s chief strategist and financier, Cairo, Egypt, July 16, 2007. Clark has joined a team of lawyers defending senior members of Egypt’s most powerful opposition group who are on trial in a military court on charges of terrorism and money launderng. (WPN)
