It snowed in the California desert this week:
Reader Chip says his brother-in-law is stationed at Ft. Irwin, which is in the middle of the southern California desert, about halfway between LA and Las Vegas. Last night, his sister posted several photos of snow on the desert palm trees.
It also snowed in Las Vegas today.
