Dave Mahoney faces up to 20 years in jail if convicted.
Back on the first day of the RNC Convention in St. Paul young Leftists and anarchists attacked RNC busses en route to the Excel Center.
The anti-Republican lunatics knew when the busses would be heading to the convention center and were waiting with bags of cement and sand.
They nailed the bus I was on heading to the convention.
And, they nearly killed us!
These same anarchists and antiwar nuts were protesting on top of the interstate bridges earlier in the day.

Yesterday, February 10, one of the men behind the attacks was in court and pleaded not guilty.

Dave Mahoney, 23, was temporarily in the US and due to return to his home in England before the new year. He was arrested by the FBI during the Republican National Convention (RNC) in September 2008, and has been charged with 3 counts of aiding and abetting 2nd degree assault and 3 counts of terrorist threats, for an incident that has the loosest connections imaginable to a so called assault. Trapped in Minneapolis, Dave now faces expensive legal costs and over 20 years in prison.
David Mahoney was charged with assault and terroristic threats. He pleaded not guilty yesterday in Minnesota court.
Charges of assault and terroristic threats have been filed against a man that may be part of the RNC Welcoming Committee. Police say David Mahoney dropped a 50 pound bag of sand from an overpass over Interstate 94 on Monday. They tracked him down because of a photo that showed a distinctive tattoo on his back.
Police found Mahoney at the home of a leader of the RNC Welcoming Committee.
The case will now go to trial in Minnesota this year. I heard yesterday from the court and they are going to fly me up for the trial of this British dirtbag.
