Iowa Hawkeyes Win Orange Bowl Thriller

My Iowa Hawkeyes just scored the game winning touchdown with 2 minutes to go giving the Hawkeyes a 24 to 14 lead over Georgia Tech.

Iowa’s Colin Sandeman reaches across the goal line and an Iowa touchdown ahead of Georgia Tech’s Jerrard Tarrant during the first half of the Orange Bowl at Land Shark Stadium on Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2010, in Miami. (Jim Slosiarek/The Gazette)

UPDATE: Iowa Quarterback Rick Stanzi after the game told the crowd this about America, “Love it or leave it. We have the greatest country in the world.”
Awesome.
