OBAMA to Announce a Complete Drawdown of US Troops in Iraq By End of the Year

Obviously, the Middle East is not unstable enough at the current moment.
Barack Obama will announce a complete withdraw of US troops from Iraq today.

Just this week militant leader Moqtada Al-Sadr warned the US about leaving forces in Iraq after 2011.

Barack Obama will announce today a complete drawdown of US troops in Iraq by the end of the year.
ABC News reported:

Sources tell ABC News that the president will announce today that US troops in Iraq will draw down to zero by the end of the year.

A White House official says that at approximately 11:30am today, President Obama convened a secure video conference with Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki to talk with him about this news.
