In this video posted by The Anchoress, Obama rates himself mighty highly as a US President:
I would put our legislative and foreign policy accomplishments in our first two years against any president — with the possible exceptions of Johnson, F.D.R., and Lincoln — just in terms of what we’ve gotten done in modern history.
Notice that he says, “possible exceptions.” He is obviously leaving himself some wiggle room in order to maneuver into third or second place — or maybe even first! Obama’s unbounded arrogance is simply astounding, especially if you combine it with his malevolent incompetence and complete lack of self-awareness. On a hunch, I opened my dictionary and looked for a certain entry. Sure enough, there it was:
ma-lig’nant nar’cis-sist n. Def. 1. Barack Hussein Obama.
