PROTEST FAIL: Only “Dozens” Show Up for Trayvon Martin Anti-Gun Rally

Guest Post by Mara Zebest

A rally at the GA State Capitol attempted to kill two birds with one stone (no pun intended). The rally was to honor the citizen Trayvon Martin and to promote anti-gun confiscation legislation.
CBS Atlanta has the video report. Notice the small crowd. The reporter at the end references “dozens” that showed up and they’re hoping more will come later to fill out the holes in the crowd.
Heh!

GunsSaveLives reports the following in reference to the Liberal anti-gun advocate statements:

Not quite sure I follow this woman’s logic.

This video from CBS Atlanta is about an anti-gun rally taking place in Atlanta on the anniversary of the day George Zimmerman was attacked by Trayvon Martin in FL.

There is one interesting comment by one of the supporters who was interviewed (after the 1 minute mark) when she says, “Self defense is not an option.”

Reporter: “What if someone is trying to kill you?”

“Then they’re gonna have to kill me.”

I have to say that I whole heartedly disagree with her sentiments and will defend myself and my family when needed.
