Ariel Castro, the Cleveland man accused of kidnapping and keeping three young women as captives for a decade, was arraigned this morning before a municipal judge on a number of charges, including rape. Bail was set at $2 million per charge, totaling $8 million, with an intent to keep the suspect in captivity.
Castro’s brothers were in court with him this morning. They faced minor charges unrelated to their brother’s kidnapping charges.
