A 58 year-old sex offender was arrested in Lansing, Michigan in connection to swastika graffiti found in Old Town.

A 58-year-old Lansing man was charged today in connection with swastika graffiti found in Lansing’s Old Town.
Pablo Espinoza was arraigned in 54A District Court and charged with one count of malicious destruction of property between $1,000-$20,000 and one count of malicious destruction of property between $250-$1,000. Espinoza’s bond was set at $15,000.
Espinoza was arrested early Saturday in connection with several swastikas that have been spray-painted in Old Town in recent weeks, police said.
Around 4:30 a.m., undercover detectives saw Espinoza using black spray paint to vandalize a sign at the former Temple Club, 520 E. Grand River Ave., said Lansing police Capt. Daryl Green.
The detectives arrested Espinoza without incident, police said.
Green said there have been at least six swastikas reported in the area since May 15.
