Jared Bernstein, Vice President Joe Biden’s former economic adviser, said Friday on MSNBC’s “PoliticsNation” that if President Barack Obama was a socialist like Republicans have said, “He’s the worst socialist ever.”

Record unemployment, disastrous growth rates, record food stamp use, record poverty levels… We can all thank Barack Obama for this. Maybe some day we’ll veer back to our capitalist roots – if we’re lucky. Meanwhile, you can thank a progressive for the anemic economy and national debt.
