St. Louis Post-Dispatch also files suit for Michael Brown’s arrest records.

The last video of 18 year-old Michael Brown shows the Normandy High School graduate robbing a local convenience store.

Last week a lawsuit was filed seeking the release of any juvenile records that might exist on the central figure in the Ferguson deadly shooting case.

According to KMOX, The Citizen Journalist website GotNews has filed suit in St. Louis County circuit court seeking possible juvenile records on Michael Brown. There are rumors that Brown was involved in a second degree murder case before his death.

Attorney Johnathon Burns of the Burns Law Firm in St. Louis is handling the case.

Lawsuit to Release Michael Brown Juvenile Record

The Gateway Pundit can confirm today that The St. Louis Post-Dispatch also filed suit for Michael Brown’s arrest records.

Also – St. Louis City has no arrest records for Michael Brown. The fact that St. Louis County will not release his records tells a different story.

A hearing in the case is set for September 3 before Judge Ellen Siwak for both plaintiffs.

UPDATE: (11:45 PM)The Post Dispatch reported on Friday that they filed suit for Michael Brown’s arrest records.
