Missouri State Highway Patrol Captain Ron Johnson, St. Louis County Police Chief Jon Belmar and St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson discussed plans today to keep St. Louis area residents safe following the grand jury’s decision in the Michael Brown shooting.
Local police are coordinating with area utility companies to prepare for the St. Louis County court decision.

Hundreds of homes in Ferguson, Missouri lost power on Halloween. More than 2,000 homes lost power after a power unit in Ferguson was vandalized.
Police officials said there were five shootings in Ferguson during the August rioting.
Police Chief Dotson said officials have met with ACLU, NAACP, and SEIU in Fergoson.
