During his joint press conference today with British Prime Minister David Cameron, Barack Obama told reporters the new sanctions debated by the Republican Congress will lead to war.
Unbelievable.
“Congress should be aware that if this diplomatic solution fails then risks and likelihoods that ends up at some point being a military confrontation is heightened… And I respectfully request them to hold off for a few months to see if we have a possibility to solving a big problem without resorting potentially to war.“
Could you even imagine if a Republican said something like this?
Obama said he will wait and see if the Iranians are lying to him.
