President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi announced on Sunday that Egypt would retaliate against the killing of 21 Egyptian Copts by the Islamic State (ISIS) group in Libya.
On Sunday ISIS released video of the beheading of 21 Christian Copts in Libya.
The Christians were wearing orange jumpsuits. They were marched out together on a beach.
Then they were beheaded.
On Monday President El-Sisi visited St. Mark’s Church in Alexandria.

El Sisi also bombed ISIS in Libya.
The Egyptian army released a video in the night of warplanes taking off from Egypt.
