After last week’s video that shows Planned Parenthood officials talking about selling fetal tissue, the organization’s president spoke out, denying that Planned Parenthood profits from tissue. However, a second undercover video has now emerged from the same organization, Center For Medical Progress, featuring one Dr. Mary Gatter, openly discussing the selling and trading of fetal tissues at a dinner. Dr. Gatter is President of Planned Parenthood’s Medical Director’s Council.
The video stresses that this activity is illegal, citing 42 USC, 289g-2, “The sale or purchase of human fetal tissue is a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison or a fine of up to $500,000.”
