A terrorist threat was left on a vehicle near Dobbins Air Reserve Base on Wednesday.
WTOC reported:

Police say a member of the military is being targeted after someone left a threatening note on the victim’s vehicle.

The note was left on the man’s vehicle at an office complex near Powers Ferry Road in Cobb County. The man found the note around 4 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.

Cobb County Police say the note threatened to harm the man because of his connection to the military.

Police are not taking the situation lightly and call the situation a terroristic threat. They say the man may have been targeted because of a license plate identifying him as a service member.

If you have any information regarding the incident, you’re urged to contact Cobb County Police at 770-499-3945.

The same letter was posted to a Facebook page which, according to Cobb Police, included threats of harm, and referenced the person’s affiliation to his military service.

The letter, written in all lower case, states:

dear american soldier,

death to you coward women child killer and all the american military
mohammad will show no mercy on you
attacks will come full force
death is to come to you
