On August 19, 2015, US Border agents arrested a convicted and deported sex offender on a Texas ranch.
Breaking 911 reported:
On Aug. 19, U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Carrizo Springs Station arrested a convicted sex offender who was previously removed.
On Aug. 19, Candido Francisco Hernandez-Avila, 29, an undocumented immigrant from Mexico, was encountered and apprehended by Carrizo Springs Border Patrol agents on a ranch near Carrizo Springs, Texas. Hernandez-Avila was transported to the Carrizo Springs Station for processing.
During processing, agents discovered that Hernandez-Avila had been previously removed from the United States and was a convicted and registered sex offender.
Criminal records checks revealed that on Nov. 17, 2012, the Fort Worth Police Department arrested Hernandez-Avila, for sexual assault of a child. On June 12, 2013, Hernandez-Avila was convicted and was sentenced to three years confinement. On Aug. 11, Hernandez-Avila was removed to Mexico…
