Former world chess champion and human rights activist Garry Kasparov joined Maria Bartiroma on Sunday Morning Futures this morning.
Kasparov weighed in Barack Obama’s latest gesture to send 50 US ground troops to Syria to battle the ISIS army.
“He’s not going to change anything on the ground. It’s like a gesture. It’s more like a PR stunt rather than an attempt to change the situation on the ground… Obama does very little, and nothing that works, as usual.”
