Iowa’s secretary of state chastised the Cruz campaign on Saturday for sending the voter shaming mailer that he said violated “the spirit of the Iowa caucuses.”
This afternoon Senator Cruz said he would not apologize for the mailers.
Cruz says he won't apologize to anyone for the mailers — suggesting he's "encouraging" people to turn out to caucus.
