Ouch!
Ted Cruz whined last night on CNN about Donald Trump’s media coverage. Cruz is very upset that Trump is interesting and brings in cable viewers and ratings whenever he appears on TV.
After he was finished whining, Anderson Cooper reminded the Texas senator that he had an open invite on his program but has declined every invitation.
Ted Cruz: What I know is that the media was involved in a lovefest, giving Donald Trump two billion dollars in free media… How many hours in free media does CNN and FOX and every other station, you let Donald Trump call in for a year…
Anderson Cooper: We asked you for interviews pretty much every day and you’ve declined every offer on my program.
Likewise FOX News morning host Bill Hemmer told Cruz lackey Carly Fiorina this morning that Cruz has declined to go on America’s Newsroom for months:
Bill Hemmer: Senator Cruz argues that we give Donald Trump millions of dollars of airtime. We’ve had a standing offer for him on this program every day and the last time he was here was December 9th.
