More than 48 hours after the Brussels ISIS bombings Belgian officials won’t communicate with family members of missing Americans.

There are four unidentified victims in Brussels hospitals.

Belgian officials won’t let family members in to identify them.

Mark Toner, the State Department Deputy Spokesman, defended Belgium officials for their lack of communication.
