The Far Left Washington Post owned by Billionaire Jeff Bezos headlined an article on March 16th stating:
Immigrants are now cancelling their food stamps for fear that Trump will deport them.
A short time later, the Liberal Mouth Piece edited its headline by omitting that immigrants are on food stamps and rather blaming President Trump for them going hungry:
Immigrants are going hungry so Trump won’t deport them.
Bezos’ @washingtonpost quickly changed this headline… doesn’t want you to know illegals are on benefits paid by… you. pic.twitter.com/soDFn2Hput

What the Liberal Washington Post omitted from its updated headline is the fact that more than half of immigrants in the United States are on welfare. USA Today reported that:
About 51% of immigrant-led households receive at least one kind of welfare benefit, including Medicaid, food stamps, school lunches and housing assistance, compared to 30% for native-led households, according to the report from the Center for Immigration Studies, a group that advocates for lower levels of immigration.
Those numbers increase for households with children, with 76% of immigrant-led households receiving welfare, compared to 52% for the native-born.
The Washington Post intentionally edited its headline to blame immigrants on food stamps on President Trump. Rather than indict the prior Obama Administration for bringing in the immigrants into the US in the first place, which added unsustainable costs to our already broken welfare system, the Washington Post would rather blame immigrants on food stamps on President Trump. Nuts.
