Republican Senate leaders announced today they will delay the August recess this year.
The US Senate will meet the first two weeks of August.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) made the announcement Tuesday.
The Republican Congress promised to repeal Obamacare, pass tax cuts and build a border wall.
But they have wasted the first 6 months of the year.
