AWFUL=> Senators Write Bi-Partisan Bill to Prevent Trump From Firing Mueller

Two members of the Senate Judiciary Committee are moving to protect Special Counsel Mueller by writing a bi-partisan bill which would give Mueller a chance to challenge his removal. If the panel found there was no good cause for the counsel’s removal, the person (Meuller) would be immediately reinstated, Time reports.

Republican Sen. Thom Tillis of North Carolina and Democratic Sen. Chris Coons of Delaware plan to introduce the legislation Thursday.

There is ZERO evidence of Russian collusion, yet Senators are moving forward in protecting Special Counsel, Mueller as he expands his probe to ‘possible financial crimes’ unrelated to Russia. As Democrat lawyer, Alan Dershowitz says, this is a Stalinist witch hunt of ‘show me the man, and I’ll find the crime’.

Two members of the Senate Judiciary Committee are moving to protect Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s job, putting forth new legislation that aims to ensure the integrity of current and future independent investigations.

Republican Sen. Thom Tillis of North Carolina and Democratic Sen. Chris Coons of Delaware plan to introduce the legislation Thursday. The bill would allow any special counsel for the Department of Justice to challenge his or her removal in court, with a review by a three-judge panel within 14 days of the challenge.

The bill would apply retroactively to May 17, 2017 — the day Mueller was appointed by Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to investigate allegations of Russian meddling in the 2016 election and possible ties between Russia and Donald Trump’s campaign.

“It is critical that special counsels have the independence and resources they need to lead investigations,” Tillis said in a statement. “A back-end judicial review process to prevent unmerited removals of special counsels not only helps to ensure their investigatory independence, but also reaffirms our nation’s system of check and balances.”

In addition, only the attorney general or the most senior Justice Department official in charge of the matter could fire the special counsel.

Interesting that a ‘bi-partisan’ bill is being introduced to protect Mueller when his ENTIRE team of lawyers are radical left-wing hacks.

President of Judicial Watch, Tom Fitton has repeatedly called the Mueller investigation ‘out of control’ and ‘unconstitutional’. Fitton is calling for the Mueller investigation to be shut down

As TGP previously reported, Special Counsel Robert Mueller added another radical left-wing lawyer to his team as he continues to investigate Trump’s personal finances under the guise of a ‘Russia probe’.

Greg Andres is the 16th lawyer to be added to Mueller’s team. He worked under Eric ‘Fast N’ Furious’ Holder from 2010 to 2012. No bias here though. This is a completely fair investigation as Paul Ryan says.

Here is a look at the other 15 attorneys who will investigate Trump. But the Senators push to protect Mueller….unbelievable!
