They weren’t.
There were several emails in the batch that involved the Benghazi attacks.
On Wednesday while promoting her new book, Hillary told the Today show James Comey should have called her up if he wanted to look at suspect emails.
Hillary Clinton: I thought what is he doing? The investigation is closed. I know’s there’s no new information. I’d certainly given everything of any relevance to them. And then it became clear, this was not necessary. He could have called me up.
