A crazed shooter slaughtered over 50 people Sunday night at a Las Vegas country western concert.
Another 400 people were injured.
A gunman opened fire on the crowd of concertgoers at the Route 91 Harvest Music Festival next to the Mandalay Bay Casino in Las Vegas. At least 50 people are reported dead with 400 injured.
The sold out event with many of the biggest names in country music was in progress when shots were fired. Videos of the event show the concert in progress and then suddenly multiple gun shots from an automatic weapon being fired.
The shooter Stephen Paddock was killed in the shooting.
He was firing from the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel.
The Route 91 Harvest festival is a gun-free zone.
Democrat Hillary Clinton went after the NRA in response to the mass shooting.
The crowd fled at the sound of gunshots.
Imagine the deaths if the shooter had a silencer, which the NRA wants to make easier to get.
