Stalin Would Be Proud: Schiff Warns GOP Lawmakers Against Saying Eric Ciaramella’s Name During Public Hearings – Could Face Ethics Probe

Stalin would be proud.

House Intel Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) warned GOP lawmakers on Tuesday against saying the whistleleaker Eric Ciaramella’s name during the public impeachment hearings.

Schiff in a 6-page memorandum, warned Republican lawmakers that they will face a potential ethics probe if they dare say the CIA snitch’s name.

Adam Schiff is now trying to ban words from being spoken during congressional hearings — Eric Ciaramella’s name is not classified.

Whistleblower Protection and Confidentiality. The Committee has a long, proud, and bipartisan history of protecting whistleblowers—including from efforts to threaten, intimidate, retaliate against, or undermine the confidentiality of whistleblowers.

Among other authorities, the Intelligence Authorization Act of 2010 and the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Protection Act include procedures for Intelligence Community personnel to make protected disclosures to inspectors general across the Intelligence Community and to the congressional intelligence committees. Among other things, Intelligence Community personnel are shielded from any action constituting reprisal or the threat of reprisal for making disclosures in accordance with these procedures.

The statutory framework also prevents obstruction of lawful communications by federal employees with Congress, and of congressional proceedings. And, as mentioned above, the Code of Official Conduct for Members of Congress requires that every Member “shall behave at all times in a manner that shall reflect creditably on the House.” The Committee on Ethics has historically viewed this provision as “encompassing violations of law and abuses of one’s official position.”

Everyone who follows conservative media knows the CIA snitch who is trying to pass himself off as a ‘whistleblower’ in order to remove Trump as part of the ongoing Deep State coup is Eric Ciaramella.

Adam Schiff accidentally forgot to redact Ciaramella’s name from Bill Taylor’s transcript and outed him too.

His name is an open secret in DC, said investigative reporter Paul Sperry in his explosive exposé revealing the name of the anti-Trump whistleleaker.

33-year-old Eric Ciaramella is a registered Democrat and a John Brennan cut-out who was planted inside the White House to spy on Trump and thwart the Spygate investigation spearheaded by US Attorney from Connecticut John Durham.

Ciaramella filed a whistleblower complaint based on third-hand information in August over a July 25 phone call President Trump had with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky alleging Trump engaged in quid pro quo to pressure Zelensky to investigate the Biden crime family — the transcript of Trump’s call proves evidence to the contrary and shows Ciaramella was given bad intel.

According to White House visitor logs Eric Ciaramella was hosting the January 19, 2016 White House meeting where Ukrainian officials were told to drop the investigation into Hunter Biden.

This is why the Democrat-Deep State-media complex does not want Ciaramella’s name to be publicized — it would expose him for being a political hack with an ax to grind over Trump’s decision to ferret out corruption involving the Bidens and Ukraine.

Mr. Ciaramella doesn’t even qualify to be a whistleblower because an inferior member of the Intel Community cannot blow the whistle on the President of the United States, a superior official who is not a part of the intel community.

Furthermore, the whistleblower protection act does not guarantee anonymity. It is completely legal for the media, any member of Congress and even the President to say the whistleblower’s name.

Stalin would sure be proud of Adam Schiff and his Soviet-style impeachment coup against Trump.
