People in the Netherlands gathered in long lines Sunday at coffeeshops to stock up on marijuana after the government gave one hour’s notice of an order to close the stores to prevent spread of the Wuhan coronavirus. The order was announced at 5 p.m. to go into effect at 6 p.m. until April 6 and also closes bars, restaurants, gyms and sex clubs.
