White House Doctor Statement on President Trump: No Coronavirus Test or Quarantine Indicated

White House Physician Sean Conley said in a statement released by Press Secretary Stephanie Grisham Friday late night that President Trump is not showing any symptoms of the novel coronavirus and does not require testing or quarantine after his contact last weekend with individuals at Mar-a-Lago who later tested positive for the virus.

President Trump and Vice President Pence posed last weekend with Fábio Wajngarten, press secretary for Brazilian President Jair Bosonaro, who later tested postive for the Wuhan coronavirus.

Trump was badgered by CBS News reporter Weijia Jiang at a press conference Friday afternoon on whether he was being “selfish” about not being tested.
