The last time Joe Biden met with Boris Johnson he had his dirty paws all over the UK PM’s young wife.
Clueless Biden had to rely on notecards to get through the meeting on Tuesday.
Biden also told the debunked story about Amtrak – AGAIN.

The two leaders discussed climate change, Covid and Brexit before reporters were pushed out of the Oval Office.
Boris Johnson unexpectedly answered three questions from British reporters while Biden’s handlers shouted down the press.
It was a chaotic scene as Biden’s aides aggressively shooed away reporters.
“Johnson took 3 questions. White House aides shouted down U.S. attempts to ask questions. I asked Biden about southern border and we couldn’t decipher what he said,” CBS reporter Ed O’Keefe said.
