Destabilizing the World’s Oil Supply: Ukraine Has Bombed Russian Oil Facilities 305 Times Since 2022 Including Last Night After They Promised Trump They Would Halt Refinery Attacks

Moscow’s refinery was reportedly hit by a Ukrainian drone strike on Sunday morning. This comes just six days after Zelenskyy promised President Trump he will not target Russian energy targets! – Faytucks Network and exilenova_plus

America’s enemies are working against . They want him gravely damaged before the midterm elections in five weeks. And what better way to do that than disrupt the global oil supply.

On September 14, 2026, President Donald Trump posted on Truth Social that Ukraine had agreed to halt attacks on Russian energy targets:

Ukraine has agreed not to hit Russian Energy targets.
Russia has agreed to do, likewise!
The World’s Diesel price rise is mostly caused by the Russia/Ukraine War, not Iran.

This post on TRUTH Social followed Trump’s comments the day before in Ireland, where he publicly urged Ukraine to stop striking Russian diesel refineries, saying those attacks were contributing to a global diesel shortage.

But lied.
Ukrainian leader Zelensky always lies.

On Sunday morning Ukraine bombed the the Kapotnya Oil Refinery in Moscow.

Ukraine has targeted and struck Russian oil facilities more than 300 times since February 24, 2022, with a cumulative total of 305 by June 2026.

Breakdown by war year:

** 3 in 2022
** 13 in 2023 (cumulative 16),
** 92 in 2024 (cumulative 108),
** 138 in 2025 (cumulative 246),
** 59 from February–June 2026. (cumulative 305)

Wikipedia even has a category to track these attacks.

IT’S NOT TRUMP’S SANCTIONS BUT UKRAINE THAT CAN TRIGGER THE NEXT OIL CRISIS.
Look at what’s happened today. Ukraine reportedly launched one of its largest drone wave attacks on Moscow overnight. claims 1,600+ drones downed including 450 aimed at Moscow. Strikes hit the Kapotnya oil refinery (Moscow’s largest) and residential buildings, killing two in the Moscow region and forcing 400 evacuations. The Moscow plant, which has been targeted multiple times, processed 11.6 million metric tons of oil in 2024, producing 2.9 million tons of gasoline and 3.2 million tons of diesel, the latest available data shows.
NOW, TAKE A STEP BACK. LET’S TAKE A WIDER VIEW.
+ 4 Russian refineries were struck in 2023.
+ 34 in 2024.
+ 88 in 2025
+ 33 more by May 2026.
At one point, Ukrainian attacks knocked roughly 20% of Russia’s refining capacity offline. Now, Moscow’s largest refinery is being hit again. UKRAINE IS TAKING THE OIL WAR DEEP INSIDE RUSSIA.
And if the attacks begin taking Russian refining capacity offline faster than Moscow can repair or reroute production, that could hit global fuel markets.
