At least three people are dead after a news chopper crashed during a live shot on Tuesday evening.

The eye in the sky news crew was flying over a deadly bus crash in Chatsworth when the chopper went down.

At least one pedestrian on the ground is dead. One person was hospitalized.

It is believed two crew members who were in the chopper are deceased.

It is unclear which news outlet the chopper was affiliated with.

Horrifying video from the doomed news chopper captures the moment the helicopter went down during a live shot.

The helicopter became engulfed in flames.

It is unclear what caused the crash.

CBS News posted a birds eye view of the fiery crash.

KABC reported:

A helicopter crashed and burst into flames in Chatsworth on Tuesday evening, sending a thick plume of black smoke into the air.

The crash occurred near the scene of a large bus crash that left at least two people dead.

Authorities have not said what caused the helicopter to crash.

At least one person died in the crash. It was not immediately clear how many other people were injured.
