JUST IN: Arizona Republican Rep. Juan Ciscomani Unseated by Democrat

Rep. Juan Ciscomani (R-AZ)

Republican Congressman Juan Ciscomani has been unseated by Joanna Mendoza in the Arizona House race for Congressional District 6.

Ciscomani’s race is the first incumbent Republican House seat to be flipped in the state, which currently has close races for the House and statewide executive offices.

The Republican Congressman was first elected in 2022.

Decision Desk HQ called the race just after 10 pm ET.

As reported, the race for governor in Arizona was also called for Democrat Katie Hobbs, who stole her first election in 2022 from Republican Kari Lake.

Trump-Endorsed GOP Rep. Andy Biggs challenged Hobbs in her reelection bid, but the fix was in once again.
